The Mind Body Therapy Centre is situated at Ardsallagh, Youghal, Co. Cork, near Youghal Bridge on the Cork/Waterford border and just off  the national/euro route N25.

Introductory Consultation: Free

 

Should you wish to come and discuss your problem (except Suggestion Therapy) before embarking on Therapy, please phone and mention 'Introductory Consultation'. There is no fee for this preview talk (usually 30 minutes approx).

 

Suggestion Therapy (1 to 4 sessions) for Nail-biting, pre-test/exam nerves, confidence etc., One session is usually sufficient:

Fee €80.00 per session (includes free tape/cd for positive reinforcement and self hypnosis).

 

Smoking: takes 1½ to 2 hours, 1 session is usually sufficient:

Fee €200.00.

 

Weight loss: 4 sessions approx.

Fee €80.00 per session.

 

Analytical Therapy (psychological and emotional problems) takes approximately 8-12 sessions. Each session is approximately 50 minutes in duration.

Fee:   €70.00 per session.

 

Dreamwork—1 session per dream. Fee: €80.00

 

 

All consultations are strictly by appointment only and confidentiality is assured.

 

Each person and each challenge is unique. Therefore, the number of consultations varies. Suggestion Therapy includes a free Hypnotherapy Tape/CD for reinforcement sessions.
